School RFPs
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), Estero Classical Academy (ECA) is seeking to engage a qualified vendor to provide furniture, including delivery and installation services, for their school located at 17660 Corkscrew Rd. Estero, FL 33928. The scope consists of furnishing classrooms, offices, teacher workrooms and conference rooms in the school. ECA expects all furniture delivered and installed by July 10, 2023.
A formal proposal will be used to submit proposal for RFP Number ECA-001, titled “ECA Office and Classroom Furniture”. The proposals are due January 13, 2023.

Question 1: Model HVL643 Guest Chair has been discontinued by Hon. Can we recommend a replacement?
Answer 1: Yes. Please select another HON guest chair.
Question 2: May we suggest and price out different yet similar manufactures/products that are currently on the RFP?
Answer 2: Yes. However, our experience has been positive with what we included in the RFP.
